3. They are the quickest WoW dailies to do. This is simply not open to debate due to the fact that the majority of them are found within the same area. Traveling from one quest area to another is more often than not a measure of seconds, instead of minutes.

Not only are these the quickest dailies to do, but they can be made even faster through getting a WoW dailies addon which gives all of the locations for the quest objectives. If you only do your dailies for one group, make sure its the Argent Tournament.
